What will be your responsibilities?

  • Oversee and optimize the Power BI Platform within the CEE region, used by more than 11k unique users monthly
  • Ensure smooth and efficient use of Fabric Capacities, including monitoring and performance optimization of semantic models and reports
  • Maintain and improve Power BI Governance with focus on report layout standards, development best practices, and consistency across teams and countries
  • Support developers by preparing guidelines, checklists, and knowledge base materials
  • Manage and grow the international Power BI Community, creating a space for knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Coordinate trainings and workshops in cooperation with partners, both for developers and end users
  • Collaborate with central data teams to align with overall data strategy and architecture

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power BI semantic model and report development, with a focus on optimization tasks following Microsoft best practices
  • Experience with Fabric Capacities and its monitoring
  • General overview about the MS Power BI roadmap and its connection with MS Fabric
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with developers and enforce established rules
  • Organized, diligent and self-motivated personality
  • Knowledge of tools Power BI Desktop, DAX studio, Tabular Editor 2/3
  • Advanced English (since it's a company language)
  • Knowledge of release management and Git is beneficial
