We are looking for a driven, self-reliant intern to join our team and help us shape and grow The Weather's social media presence and digital campaigns. You will work at the intersection of Content, Design, and Marketing, gaining hands-on experience in crafting and executing social media strategies and campaigns in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content (graphics, copy, videos) for social media platforms
  • Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to showcase our work, attract clients, and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor campaign and social media analytics and prepare performance reports
  • Research trends and best practices in digital marketing, campaign strategies, and social media growth
  • Assist in portfolio updates and brand storytelling across digital touchpoints
  • (Optional) Contribute to client projects in content creation, social media management, or campaign strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English (Czech or German is a plus)
  • Confident using social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
  • Solid design skills – you're comfortable creating layouts, visuals, and assets in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A good sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout – not just making things look nice, but making them work
  • Interest in branding, web design, and visual storytelling across platforms

Bonus if you've worked on:

  • Social or web campaigns (paid or organic)
  • Copywriting or creative concepts
  • Editing video content for reels, ads, or brand assets
