Máte zkušenosti s jednáním se zákazníky a jste komunikativní? Láká Vás oblast medicíny, zvládáte mluvit s lidmi přes telefon, psát emaily nebo komunikovat online přes chat, ať už česky nebo anglicky? Jste technicky zdatní, rozumíte si s MS Office, pracovali jste v některém ze systémů pro řízení projektů a nevadí Vám držet se zavedených postupů a pravidel? Pak jste přesně takoví, jaké hledáme.

Co zvládnete za první 3 měsíce?

Zorientujete se ve všech projektech firmy a jejich oblastech, kterých jsou desítky.

Budete samostatně umět reagovat na nově vzniklý požadavek, ať už zevnitř nebo zvenčí.

Nebude pro Vás problém pracovat s interními nástroji, které používáme.

Jaké budou vaše cíle pro první rok?

Dokážete si poradit ve složitějších situacích, které mají přesah i do ostatních oddělení firmy.

Vaše poskytovaná podpora bude taková, že se na vás zákazníci budou s ochotou obracet.

Nepřekvapí vás žádný zavedený pracovní postup nebo interní pravidlo.

Nebudete se bát ozvat, pokud byste něco chtěli dělat jinak, než je zvykem.

A k tomu budete potřebovat:

Navazovat dobré vztahy se zákazníky i zaměstnanci.

Schopnost získat z prvního kontaktu nejvíce informací.

Přebrat zodpovědnost za svoje jednání a umět rozhodnout, zda zapojit i další oddělení.

Pečlivost při dodržování interních pokynů a postupů.

Bez angličtiny to nepůjde (B1/B2).
