What You'll Do

As a Support Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting essential enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert-level technical support for applications built on Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

  • Monitoring system health and ensuring the high availability and performance of applications.

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently to minimize business disruption.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable and scalable solutions.



Requirements
  • Proven hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle incidents with professionalism.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
