A Day in the Life

Are you ready to kickstart your career with the world's #1 beauty company? Our Finance Future Leadership Program is your gateway to an exciting and impactful career at L'Oréal. Over 18 months, you'll rotate through 3 diverse roles in finance or finance-related fields, gaining hands-on experience and building the expertise needed to become a future leader in our Finance organization. This program is designed to develop your financial acumen, leadership skills, and strategic thinking, setting you up for a successful career in L'Oréal's Finance team.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Rotational Learning: Experience 3 rotations across finance and finance-related functions
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate with teams across divisions, including Consumer Products, Luxury Brands, Dermatological Beauty, Professional Products, and Corporate, to understand the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of impactful finance projects, analyze data, and provide insights to drive business results.
  • Leadership Development: Benefit from mentoring, buddy programs, and customized training to enhance your leadership and technical skills.
  • Hands-On Experience: Work closely with teams to understand the business from the ground up, including exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

We Are Looking For

We're seeking entrepreneurial, innovative, and analytical graduates who are ready to create the future of beauty through finance. Here's what it takes to join:

  • Master's degree graduate or in your final semester of studies, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Finance roles (a plus)
  • Passionate about building a career in finance within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • An out-of-the-box thinker who challenges traditional methods.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to make an impact.
