In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations—managing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring our customers receive the world-class support they deserve. Job Responsibilities
  • Delivering proactive, high-quality service to our customers via phone, email, and our ticketing system (Salesforce).
  • Processing and managing sales orders in SAP, including electronic orders.
  • Supporting our sales team with order-related queries and ensuring accurate pricing and discounts.
  • Coordinating with factories, distribution centers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.
  • Maintaining customer, material, and pricing master data in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all customer-facing processes.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in Czech and English (you'll use it for daily communication and training).
  • Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure and deadlines.
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate.
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus – but don't worry, we'll train you
