About Us

A Financial Administrator provides essential support to the Operations department by managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. This position is more focused on operational efficiency and routine administrative tasks rather than strategic financial planning. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in structured, process-driven environments and are committed to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance

Responsibilites 

  • Process daily financial transactions including invoices, expense claims, and payments. Ensure timely and accurate data entry into financial systems.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and filed.
  • Prepare routine financial reports and summaries for management review and prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial documentation and processes.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing issues, payment inquiries, and contract details.
  • Process and track purchase orders.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Cooperation with our external accounting provider on annual closing process & coordinating audit processes.
  • Car Fleet Management.
  • Event Management.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in a financial administration.
  • Hands-on experience with financial transaction processing, invoice handling, and expense tracking.
  • Proficiency in financial software systems.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor and internal communications.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional teams and supporting operations departments.
