Part-Time Administration support in Controlling

YOUR TASKS:

Main duty - to support the controlling team of the business unit Chassis Systems of Knorr-Bremse.

Assist with general controlling tasks as a data analyst, data collector, and data administratorPerform monthly updates of reportsPrepare analyses for the controlling team and internal stakeholders (e.g. R&D, product management and project management department)Collect and consolidate data from internal stakeholdersAssist with file management and organization on SharePointContribute to ad-hoc projects and management requestsSupport process improvements and efficiency initiatives within controlling department

YOUR PROFILE:

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A finance profile would be welcomeIdeally, initial relevant work experience through internships or similar rolesVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially strong skills in Excel is a mustIdeally, first experience with SAP R/3 and MS SharePointAdvanced communication in EnglishStrong analytical thinking, good communication skills, hands-on mentalityPro-active working attitude with focus on continuous improvement
