First, a bit about us. STRV is a digital product company that designs, builds and scales industry-shaping mobile and web products for iconic brands and the hottest startups. With a team of nearly 200 experts, we use emerging tech to build future-proof solutions that keep businesses ahead of the curve. Here since 2004, we've delivered solutions for partners including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Barry's, The Athletic, and more.

We focus on mobile applications, websites, backend infrastructure, IoT and data science/machine learning/AI. Who Is Our CEO

Lubo Smid is the co-founder & CEO of STRV. Passionate about emerging technology, the member of Forbes 30 Under 30 and YPO is constantly pushing the envelope — guiding the company's vision as it builds industry-shaping products, welcoming prominent founders to his podcast or sharing his journey via social media. Lubo splits his time between LA and Prague, unless he's on some crazy adventure, cycling or skiing way off the beaten path.

How You Fit In

No task is too small — you understand the impact of an organized workspace, both digital and physical. You know your way around Google Suite, effortlessly handling meeting scheduling, inbox organization, and capturing key points in meeting minutes.

If you're a travel enthusiast yourself, you'll feel right at home booking trips, researching accommodations, and tracking budgets. As Lubo's right (and left) hand, you'll be his support across time zones and continents, from Prague to the USA, Bali, and beyond.

At STRV, Your Role Will Be To

• Manage Communications and Scheduling: Oversee email and calendar management, prioritize messages, and organize Lubo's schedule to optimize time and focus.

• Efficient Meeting Coordination: Arrange, prepare, and follow up on meetings to ensure outcomes align with goals and maximize productivity.

• Streamline Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel, from planning and booking to crafting detailed itineraries for a seamless experience.

• Support Communication: Coordinate all facets of PR, podcasts and social media content, from scheduling and logistics to facilitate engaging and timely content.

• Expense and Budget Oversight: Track and manage expenses to keep finances organized and transparent.

• Health and Wellness Coordination: Schedule appointments and organize the necessary supplies to support Lubo's health and fitness goals.

• Property and Asset Maintenance: Take charge of the upkeep of the apartment, vehicles, and other essential equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

We Expect You To Have

• An exceptional eye for detail and precision.

• Proven experience with quick turnarounds and reliable delivery.

• A natural ability to read people, understanding their preferences and needs intuitively.

• Based in Prague with daily availability to work from our Karlin office.

• Flexibility to assist in the evenings and occasionally over weekends.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building connections at all levels.

• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally within a tech-driven or startup setting.

• Native Czech proficiency with highly advanced English skills or vice versa.
