About

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Visual Designer to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling static and video ads that will be used across a variety of paid channels to drive customer acquisition. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and test new creative concepts, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance your workflow and output. You will play a key role in the success of our paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create high-quality visual ads, including static images and short-form video content, for various performance marketing channels (social media, display advertising, etc.).
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to generate creative assets, accelerate design iterations, and scale content production.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creative and drive performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and create visuals that resonate with them.
  • Manage a high volume of creative assets and ensure they are delivered on time.
  • Work with the broader design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital ad creative, rich digital formats, including video.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
  • Demonstrable experience or strong familiarity with AI-powered design and video tools 
  • A good understanding of the principles of performance marketing and a data-driven approach to design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and effective designs.
