We are looking for a Senior Communication and Web Designer to help us take the Nebius Academy's brand to new hights.

You will create assets and oversee marketing campaigns across different mediums: web, social and print, ensuring brand consistency and good user experience across the board. You will be in close touch with both marketing and product teams, managing design projects end-to-end from concept to execution.

What you will do
  • Creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns You will conceptualize and design marketing materials for different media: social, website banners, print and other campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Create marketing landing and website pages You will design optimized user flows and effective interfaces for maximum conversions, propose and implement ideas that can impact conversions. As well as create or redesign existing website pages in line with out brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Iterate on our visual identity You will continuously improve our approaches and sharpen our toolset, ensuring that our brand is consistant across various media.
  • Build systems that support marketing and web design You will document and formalize design approaches in brand identity and suggest new ones to expand and amplify our visual style.
  • Collaborate across the team You will work closely with marketing team, product designers, developers, copywriters and other stakeholders to gather requirements and insights, as well as translate them into effective solutions.
  • Own your projects You will oversee the entire design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time an to specifications
Requirements
  • Have 7+ years of experience in marketing and web design and a strong portfolio to back it up. You know your tools and where to choose which.
  • Have a great eye for detail You value high-quality well-crafted visual and interaction design, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Always see a bigger picture You have a deep understanding of marketing approaches and how to translate strategy into design that achieves measurable results. You can analyze the whole user journey from ads to booking a call on the website and understand where improvements can be made.
  • Can manage yourself You can prioritize and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You are confident working independently, can identify problems, shape processes and find creative solutions.
  • Are comfortable building 0 to 1 You can create your own systems to deliver better work in the future without relying on a large body of knowledge
  • Can freely communicate in English A B2 level with basic fluency

  • You've worked in a startup-like environment before
  • You are good friends with AI and can reliably develop high-quality visuals
  • You can write UX copy
  • You can animate and do a bit of motion design
