Microsoft 365 System Administrator – Oracle (OCI)

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and support mission-critical Microsoft 365 and infrastructure services in a large-scale environment of 150,000+ accounts.

Qualifications

Required

5+ years of Microsoft 365 System Administration experience in large-scale environments.

High proficiency with:

Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

Email security gateways (Proofpoint or equivalent)

Active Directory & Azure

Linux operating systems

PowerShell scripting

Experience implementing and managing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM.

Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, systems, and applications.

Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

Commitment to solution documentation and best practices.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Email Security

Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
Configure and support Proofpoint email security solutions, including filtering, encryption, and archiving.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Proofpoint systems.
Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 and Proofpoint services across multi-functional teams.

Infrastructure & Systems Administration

Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure cloud services, and Linux systems.
Oversee configuration and management of DMARC, SPF, and DKIM.
Develop, maintain, and execute PowerShell scripts.

Environment & Architecture

Support production infrastructure, including servers and services that enable OCI's growing client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions.
Understand and support a wide range of technologies: networking, data centers, cloud, big data, ERP, databases, and web tools.
Design solutions for configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging.
Diagnose and remediate performance bottlenecks.
Continuously improve, simplify, and evolve production environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with development and research teams to deliver effective, customer-focused solutions.
Participate in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise support systems.
Advocate for employee productivity and deliver solutions that enhance the overall experience.
Ensure clear documentation of architecture and implemented solutions.
