Jsme Queen Prague Apartments – společnost zaměřená na správu nemovitostí a krátkodobé pronájmy v Praze. Naším cílem je poskytovat hostům z celého světa hladký a příjemný zážitek od prvního kontaktu až po jejich odjezd.
Do našeho týmu nyní hledáme spolehlivého a komunikativního Customer Support Specialistu, který nám pomůže s online komunikací s hosty.
Co budeš dělat:
- Komunikovat s hosty prostřednictvím našeho online systému (zejména přes Airbnb a interní platformy).
- Odpovídat na zprávy co nejdříve, nejpozději do 30 minut během směny.
- Poskytovat informace k příjezdu, rezervaci a pobytu hostů.
- Řešit speciální požadavky nebo předávat složitější situace našemu on-site týmu.
- Spolupracovat s týmem provozu a úklidu, aby měl host vždy perfektní zážitek.
Koho hledáme:
- Výbornou znalost angličtiny v psané i mluvené formě (další jazyky výhodou).
- Silné komunikační schopnosti a proklientský přístup.
- Schopnost samostatné práce, spolehlivost a organizovanost.
- Zkušenost z oblasti zákaznické podpory nebo hotelnictví výhodou, ale ne podmínkou.

We are Queen Prague Apartments — a property management company providing high-quality short-term rentals across Prague. Our mission is to deliver a seamless and personal guest experience to travelers from all around the world.
We are currently looking for a reliable and communicative Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Communicate with guests via our online communication system (mainly Airbnb and internal tools).
- Respond to guest messages ASAP or within 30 minutes during your shift.
- Assist guests with check-in information, booking details, and general inquiries.
- Handle special requests or escalate issues to our on-site team if needed.
- Coordinate with the operations and housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent written and spoken English (other languages are a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized under time pressure.
- Previous experience with hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
