This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:

Customers BL Manager Service FrontEnd&GI

The Robotics Division is the largest supplier of robotic workstations and automated systems in the Czech Republic, serving a wide range of industrial sectors. We focus both on standardized production process solutions and on the individual needs of our customers. Our main goal is to help existing clients improve productivity, product quality, and worker safety.

We are currently looking for a colleague to join this division in the role of Sales Representative for Robotic System Services (m/f). This person will be responsible for selling robots, modernizing existing workstations, and enhancing safety and efficiency for current customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Care for existing customers within the assigned region

  • Technical assessment of robot and workstation conditions for modernization

  • Conceptual design of technical upgrades and modernization of existing robots and workstations

  • Meeting set targets in terms of received orders and profitability

  • Independently leading negotiations aimed at closing business contracts

  • Collaborating with the technical team and preparing materials for offer creation

  • Monitoring market trends in robotics

  • Identifying new business opportunities

Who We're Looking For

  • University or secondary education in a technical field

  • Professional, proactive approach with customer orientation

  • Strong communication skills

  • General knowledge of industrial sectors (automation, mechanical engineering, etc.)

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Experience in a similar position (robotics preferred but not required)

  • Active command of English required; another language is an advantage

  • Valid category B driving license

  • Willingness to travel
