What we're looking forAt AUTODOC, security and loss prevention are essential to protect our people, assets, and operations. To strengthen our team in Cheb, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who will support us as a Security & Loss Prevention Coordinator.
In this key role, you will help safeguard operational continuity, ensure compliance with our internal standards and external regulations, and contribute directly to reducing risk and preventing loss across the warehouse and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the resilience of our business operations by contributing to emergency preparedness and crisis management.
- Identify vulnerabilities (e.g., loss risks, process gaps, non-compliance) and implement effective mitigation measures while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Act as point of contact for security-related matters with local management, security service providers, and external stakeholders such as law enforcement.
- Ensure compliance of the Cheb site with AUTODOC's global security standards and policies.
- Conduct regular security audits and investigations into incidents, violations, or loss events, including data analysis and reporting.
- Drive local security and loss prevention projects, contribute to infrastructure improvements, and monitor performance of contracted security partners.
- Deliver awareness trainings and communication on security and loss prevention topics to employees and managers.
A Day in the Life
- As a Security & Loss Prevention Coordinator, you will be directly engaged on the ground.
- You will perform site inspections, review security systems, monitor data, and investigate incidents.
- Your insights will help identify risks early and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
- You will work closely with management, the global HSSE team, and external partners to maintain a safe and secure workplace.
- Additionally, you will support the continuous improvement of our security processes and infrastructure, contributing to AUTODOC's long-term operational resilience.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in security, risk management, or related fields.
- Relevant professional experience in areas such as security services, asset protection, loss prevention, auditing, compliance, or investigations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in security, risk management, or loss prevention.
- Experience with physical security systems, investigations, or contract security management.
- Background in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Experience in working with data analytics or security monitoring tools.
- Valid driver's license.
