- Analyse non-conforming parts from both serial production and new projects to quickly identify root causes
- Prepare detailed deviation reports and collaborate closely with MQE, CQE, and PQE teams
- Support Supplier Quality Management (SQM) in handling complaints and addressing quality issues
- Utilize X-ray technology for comprehensive part inspections and work with the R&D lab to resolve technical challenges
- Take charge of the non-conforming products zone by maintaining accurate records, blocking in SAP, and implementing corrective measures
- Maintain cleanliness and order while ensuring compliance with EGP, health, safety, and fire protection regulations at all times
- Follow up-to-date production documentation and fulfill assigned duties as outlined in organizational guidelines
- Proficient in using MS Office, SAP, and common quality tools for effective root cause analysis
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and familiar with various measuring instruments
- Strong knowledge of production and quality processes, ideally gained in an industrial environment
- Able to accurately document deviations and systematically track them within SAP
- Basic understanding of health, safety, and fire protection regulations
- Highly reliable, with a strong sense of quality and attention to detail
- Team-oriented and willing to collaborate across different departments
- Monthly salary ranging from CZK 28,000 to CZK 45,000, depending on shift model and individual performance
- Work in continuous operation schedule, with additional pay for afternoon, night, and weekend shifts
- Overtime and hardship bonuses according to the Labor Code
