We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to provide timely, high-quality repair and maintenance services for our advanced laboratory equipment. In this role, you'll directly contribute to enabling scientific breakthroughs and better healthcare worldwide. 

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair devices with precision, ensuring compliance with strict quality standards
  • Conduct functionality checks and inspections on repaired equipment
  • Manage and maintain your tools and ensure calibration schedules are met
  • Monitor safety and technical standards in the workshop environment
  • Meet KPIs and deadlines, keeping repair turnaround efficient
  • Communicate clearly with customers on repair progress and approvals
  • Support the resolution of technical issues and contribute to preventive solutions

Requirements

  • Technically skilled with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and highly organized
  • Comfortable with MS Office and basic digital tools
  • Strong communication and customer focus
  • Fluenc yin Czech and communicative level of English
