THE ROLE

Pure Storage Cloud is entering its next phase—scaling the foundation of our subscription and commerce capabilities as we expand our service footprint globally. We're seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with deep program leadership to drive clarity, predictability, and impact across complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our multi‑cloud strategy. This is a highly visible role with broad influence and exposure to senior stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, legal, and go‑to‑market.

You'll orchestrate the delivery of our cloud subscription program while maturing the operating model that keeps our most critical programs aligned and on track. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for the Pure Storage Cloud program driving scope, milestones, dependencies, based on the established success metrics.
• Build and run the program operating rhythm: quarterly planning, integrated roadmaps, dependency and risk management, change management, and release governance.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Security, Data, Support, and GTM to unblock decisions and accelerate execution.
• Define clear, outcome‑based OKRs and program dashboards; track delivery predictability, lead time, quality, and customer/business impact to inform prioritization.
• Partner with engineering to translate complex systems, APIs, and data flows into executable plans; anticipate integration and scale challenges.
• Establish crisp, executive‑ready communications: status, risks, decisions, and mitigations—escalating early with options and recommendations.
• Lead continuous improvement: postmortems, dependency burn‑down, and operating model refinements that improve decision velocity , delivery reliability and overall predictability of the program

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7–10+ years of technical program management in Cloud/SaaS/platform environments, delivering complex, multi‑team programs end‑to‑end.
• Domain experience in subscription/commerce or cloud service delivery (any mix of usage/telemetry, entitlement, identity/SSO, provisioning, billing/invoicing, lifecycle).
• Mastery of core program practices: integrated roadmapping, dependency mapping, risk/RAID, change management, release governance, and incident-to-improvement loops.
• Data‑driven leadership: you define meaningful KPIs/OKRs and use metrics to guide trade‑offs and course‑correct.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; influence without authority across time zones and levels, from ICs to executives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; familiarity with data/analytics stacks and enterprise finance systems (e.g., CPQ/ERP).
• FinOps/RevOps exposure, pricing and packaging, or usage‑based monetization at scale.
• Facility with program tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and lightweight analytics/visualization (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
