Data Product Lead – Healthcare, Microsoft Fabric

We are seeking a Data Engineering Lead for our healthcare client in Prague. This is a unique opportunity to drive the transition from the current modern data stack (Keboola, Snowflake, dbt) toward Microsoft Fabric, which is currently in Proof of Concept (POC). You will lead engineering efforts, shape product direction, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders across digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the data engineering strategy, moving from the current stack (Keboola, Snowflake, dbt) to Microsoft Fabric.

  • Act as a bridge between business and technology: facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Oversee and guide the development of digital products and digital suites within the healthcare ecosystem.

  • Provide leadership in product management for data and analytics solutions.

  • Closely cooperate with the Head of Data and BI Product Owner, acting as the backend owner for data products and solutions.

  • Drive adoption and best practices in Power BI and reporting.

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in Data Engineering leadership roles.
  • Passion for Microsoft Fabric is essential.
  • Experience with Power BI and enterprise reporting environments is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm and experience in healthcare domain and digital product innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience leading workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
  • Additional languages (Spanish, Italian) are a strong plus.
  • Based in Prague (or open to relocation).
