Co bude vaším posláním:

  • Spolupracovat na návrhu a vývoji pokročilého multiagentního frameworku pro orchestraci úloh mezi různými AI modely, LLM agenty a službami.
  • Přetvářet nejnovější poznatky v oblasti generativní AI do praktických, škálovatelných a bezpečných řešení – od návrhu architektury, vývoje pipeline, správy vektorových databází až po integraci s interními dokumenty a datovými zdroji.
  • Úzce spolupracovat s datovými inženýry, architekty, bezpečnostními týmy a produktovými vlastníky na návrhu rozhraní, správě znalostí a bezpečném provozu AI systémů.
  • Podílet se na konkrétních projektech s reálným dopadem – například automatizace interních procesů pomocí LLM, vývoj asistenčních agentů nebo integrace AI do firemních agend.
  • Definovat pravidla pro provoz, monitoring, správu verzí a řešení etických i technických otázek spojených s nasazením AI agentů a LLM.

  • Člena AI/IT platformního týmu, který se zapojí do celého životního cyklu řešení – od návrhu architektury přes vývoj a integraci až po nasazení v oblastech jako zákaznická podpora, interní asistenti, vyhledávání v dokumentaci nebo automatizace rozhodování.
  • Nadšence do inovací, který propojuje AI s daty, procesy, UX a systémovým myšlením. Má zkušenosti s testováním nových přístupů (např. RAG, agenti, personalizace, hodnocení výstupů) a dokáže propojit technické i produktové aspekty.
  • Aktivního kolegu/kolegyni, který/á chce spoluvytvářet budoucnost AI ve firmě, zapojit se do komunitních aktivit (workshopy, sdílení know-how, AI meetupy) a pomoci ukotvit AI jako běžnou součást digitální transformace.

Co očekáváme:

  • Praktické zkušenosti s návrhem, vývojem a nasazováním AI systémů, zejména na bázi LLM a multiagentních frameworků.
  • Výbornou znalost Pythonu a schopnost stavět robustní řešení s využitím moderních AI nástrojů.
  • Zkušenosti s návrhem RAG architektur, prompt engineeringem a orchestrací vícestupňových AI interakcí.
  • Znalosti v oblasti práce s daty pro AI – extrakce znalostí, přístup k dokumentům, embeddingy, vektorové databáze.
  • Základní zkušenosti s provozem AI řešení v cloudu (Azure/AWS), znalost on-prem architektur výhodou.
  • Orientaci v MLOps pro generativní AI systémy.
  • Zkušenosti s integrací AI do firemních systémů.
  • Znalost principů řízení AI, bezpečnosti (např. filtrace výstupů, správa přístupu k citlivým datům), logování a auditu interakcí s AI.
  • Přehled o spolupráci AI agentů, škálování jejich schopností a volbě mezi centrálním a distribuovaným přístupem.
  • Schopnost efektivně komunikovat s datovými inženýry, produktovým týmem i bezpečností.
  • Aktivní znalost angličtiny pro týmovou komunikaci, práci s dokumentací a účast na technických diskuzích.
  • Analytické a systémové myšlení, samostatnost, zodpovědnost a chuť posouvat hranice využití AI v praxi.
