We seek an experienced Engagement, Culture and Communication Expert to drive impactfulregional and local initiatives in Allianz Technology Central Europe. You will work within the global Talent, Rewards & Culture, and Communication team as well as business stakeholders to enhance employee experience, foster engagement, and promote a thriving workplace culture by excellent communication.

This is a position in Central Europe region focused on implementing regionally relevant programs in alignment with our global strategy whilst connecting with employees and leadership onsite.
 

Engagement & Culture Initiatives

  • Lead regional engagement and culture projects, from design to implementation and evaluation.
  • Increase employee participation in surveys (especially Allianz Engagement Survey and Pulse Checks); support leadership with results analysis.
  • Track engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with local NGOs and external partners for community engagement and CSR initiatives.

Internal Communication

  • Develop a regional communication strategy aligned with global strategy and goals.
  • Partner with Global Communications and ensure messaging is aligned and culturally adapted for Central Europe region and its organizations
  • Regionalize and execute global campaigns; create clear and compelling content for regional multi-channel communication (online, townhalls, etc.).
  • Drive communication efforts for Head of Head of IT Central Europe

Change Management Support

  • Support change management activities per Allianz Technology's global frameworks.
  • Partner with managers during cultural or organizational changes.
  • Communicate projects and initiatives goals and benefits effectively across all levels.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Manage stakeholders including employees, senior leaders, peers, and external partners.
  • Ensure initiatives success through effective planning, budget tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Regularly engage with employees to gather insights, promote participation, andcreate a sense of belonging.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Communication, Social Sciences preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR, communications, or culture & engagement roles.
  • Proven track record in organizing and executing employee-facing initiatives and events.

Skills & Capabilities

  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Slovak or Czech preferred (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and levels.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills and ability to turn data into engaging communication.
  • Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Skilled in MS Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Miro)
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use

  • For our location in Slovakia base salary starts from 2700€ per month and depends on the professional qualifications and experience of candidate
