Job Summary

The Global Operations Service Lead, CFS TT for Legal and Compliance functions oversees Business As Usual Ops support, including maintenance, ongoing development continuous integration.

Basic business knowledge about Ethics & Compliance, Enterprise Risk, Data Privacy & Controls as business areas will be highly desirable.

This role is critical for championing the control processes for Problem, Change, Release, Configuration Management, delivering successful outcomes that enables them to achieve its corporate and operational objectives, ensuring IT governance and controls are effective.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Take ownership of systems once projects go live, managing ongoing operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Analyze existing IT systems and propose improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Technical Solution Owner so that change requests, bug-fixes and incident management of all technical solutions align with the company's tech standards.
  • Oversee the integration of new and existing technologies within the global Legal & Compliance landscape.
  • Manage software and hardware upgrades, replacements, and integrations.
  • Champion Business Continuity and Risk Management processes, ensuring compliance with policies and reporting requirements.
  • Stay up to date with technology standards and industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Apply best practices in service management to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in software management space, with exposure desired in IT project management and technical business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of user experience – problem and incident and their resolution cycle
  • Proven track record in managing large and complex engagement involving multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in business analysis
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management.
