Co budeš dělat?

  • Budeš majitelem BI produktu – nastavíš roadmapu, priority a hlídáš, aby BI přinášelo firmě reálnou hodnotu.

  • Propojíš byznys a technickou část – přeložíš potřeby stakeholderů do konkrétních zadání s dopadem pro naše datové analytiky

  • Zajistíš, že se rozhodujeme na základě dat, ne pocitů. Budeš sledovat, zda dodané produkty mají vliv na KPIs jak bylo očekáváno. 

  • Sbírat požadavky od týmu (marketing, sales, e-com, nákup, výroba) a prioritizovat je.

  • Hlídáš datovou kvalitu, konzistenci a přístupnost pro všechny.

  • Vyhodnocovat experimenty, testy a business iniciativy.

Co chceme od tebe?

  • Silnou datovou analytickou zkušenost - chápeš tabulky a dokážeš vidět propojenost mezi nimi

  • Schopnost koukat na BI jako na produkt – vnímat uživatele, priorizovat, řídit backlog.

  • Komunikační skill – umíš mluvit s manažery i s vývojáři.
