Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of local and regional suppliers, including contracts, relationships, and performance, and act as a trusted procurement partner to IM&S teams—especially IT and Professional Services. More specifically, you will:
- Lead sourcing and vendor management activities: identify suppliers, gather specifications, and ensure a competitive and balanced supplier landscape
- Be a trusted business partner for Senior colleagues in other teams
- Mitigate risk through solid contract management, regular supplier reviews, compliance, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, and other partners
- Drive cost optimization to improve operational efficiency and value, identify and implement innovations within your category areas
- Apply and maintain LEGO quality and delivery standards with external partners to support operational excellence
- Provide analytical support and insights to the broader procurement team
This position is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Procurement team belongs to the EMEA Packing Operations area. You as a new IT & Professional Services Manager will be part of this team and will report directly to Senior Procurement Manager. We are looking for a person who can bring innovative and out of the box ideas, challenge the status quo with the sense of urgency with an open mind and readiness to improve things.
Do you have what it takes?
- Strong experience in Procurement, experience with the categories of IT equipment and/or Professional Services is a big plus
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers; proactive attitude
- Good at analyzing information, communicating clearly, negotiating, and working with others
- Thinks strategically and sees the bigger picture
- Strong skills in MS Office; experience with Coupa or SAP is a plus
- Team-oriented, motivated, eager to learn, improve processes, and achieve great results
- Proficient in Czech and English
