Kde a na čem budete pracovat?

Hledáme zkušeného projektového manažera, který bude klíčovým článkem mezi klientem, realizačním týmem, obchodním oddělením a finančním řízením. Člověka, který dokáže vést složité IT bezpečnostní projekty, komunikovat s vrcholovým managementem a zároveň udržet pevnou kontrolu nad rozpočtem, harmonogramem i kvalitou dodávky.

  • Řízení a koordinace projektů v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti u velkých klientů
  • Aktivní komunikace s klienty a reprezentace firmy na vysoké úrovni
  • Úzká spolupráce s interním delivery týmem, obchodním a finančním ředitelem
  • Zodpovědnost za plnění harmonogramu, rozpočtu a kvality projektů
  • Identifikace rizik a jejich mitigace
  • Reporting vedení společnosti a klientům

Požadavky

  • Seniorní zkušenost s řízením IT projektů, ideálně v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti
  • Praxi z dodavatelské/konzultační firmy (výhodou zkušenost s enterprise klientelou)
  • Silné komunikační a vyjednávací schopnosti – umíte být partnerem pro management
  • Orientaci v projektových metodikách (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Přirozenou autoritu a schopnost řídit více zúčastněných stran současně
  • Čeština/Slovenština na profesionální úrovni + angličtina
  • Ochotu pracovat 3 dny v týdnu onsite u klienta (Praha)
