As a Process Development Engineer in our R&D team, you will play a key role in the process development and industrialization of innovative rubber track products. Your main task will be to drive the introduction and optimization of products, materials, and processes in our manufacturing plants.

Ideal candidate profile:

You have a technical background and at least 3 years of experience in industrial or engineering environments. You are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and industrialization of new rubber tracks, from prototype to serial production, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
  • Analyze customer requirements and define optimal product and process solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to validate and improve products and processes.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
  • Benchmark competitive products and identify technical trends
  • Occasional business trips to our international production sites.

Qualifications:

  • University or secondary education in engineering or technical fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering companies.
  • Basic knowledge of rubber track or tire manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  • Experience in product development is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tire technologies and rubber materials is an advantage.
  • Communicative level of English (daily communication) and Czech.
  • Experience using CAD systems is an advantage.
  • Strongly proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Open mindset and willingness to learn new things.
  • Good communication skills and a sense of teamwork.
