Pozice senior koncipient – Senior Office Manager ( akviziční bankéř )

Jsme poradenská banka a naše práce s klientem je od klasické banky značně rozdílná. Připojte se k první české poradenské bance, která mění svět financí.

Rozsah pracovní činnosti

  • Aktivní akvizice nových klientů ( 2 nové klienty týdně, při splnění - 5 klientů z PTF pobočky )
  • Nárůst aktivit na účtech klientů = trv.příkazy, aktivní používání Partners banky jako hlavní banky ( platební styk )
  • Správa svěřeného portfolia ( navolávání klientů na pravidelné bázi ), zajistit 10 servisních schůzek týdně a 5 schůzek poradenství
  • Komunikace s klienty telefonicky, emailem, osobně
  • Podílení se na řádném chodu a provozu pobočky

Požadujeme

  • Ukončené středoškolské vzdělání s maturitou
  • Praxi v oboru finančních služeb a bankovnictví, min. 3 – 5 let a doložitelné obchodní výsledky
  • Aktivní certifikační osvědčení ČNB ( oblast pojištění, kapitálové trhy, úvěry, penze)
  • Kvalitní komunikační schopnosti a týmovou spolupráci
  • Zodpovědný přístup a důraz na přesnost při práci s dokumenty
  • Proaktivitu, jednat samostatně, schopnost naslouchat klientům, jednat s klienty s odbornou péčí, budovat dlouhodobý vztah s klienty, uzavírat obchody
  • Čistý trestní rejstřík ( bez insolvence, bez exekucí )
