Head of Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient resource utilization, timely deliveries, and alignment with company objectives.Lead, motivate, and evaluate the supply chain team, ensuring clear goals and responsibilities.Coordinate order processing, production planning, and material disposition.Manage inventory and service level targets effectively.Drive process optimization and digitalization initiatives, including master data management.Collaborate proactively with production, logistics, procurement, and other departments locally and globally.Assess and improve efficiency, performance, and innovation within the supply chain function.Act as process owner for documentation to maintain IATF 16949 certification.Actively participate in projects and strategic initiatives.Report disciplinary to the Operations Director CZ and functionally to the Global Head of Supply Chain Solids.Job Requirements
University degree or at least secondary education with graduationExtensive experience in the supply chain department in a manufacturing companyKnowledge of English language spoken and written, German is an advantageComputer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office) – advanced knowledgeLeadership & team management skills, management communication skillsLogical thinking, systematic approach, planning and organizing work, numerical skillsFlexibility, independence, ability to handle stress and work under pressure.We Offer
