Your mission, roles and responsibilities

What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?

The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

What will be your main missions?

• Driving internal logistics flow improvements, focusing on packaging, material flow, surface utilization, lead time reduction, and workload optimization.
• Performing calculations and analyses to support decision-making and process enhancements.
• Working with CAD tools and technical drawings to design and implement efficient logistics solutions.
• Applying LEAN production methodologies to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
• Ensuring continuous improvement in safety and ergonomics across logistics processes.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to implement sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
• Utilizing cutting-edge process methodologies and tools to enhance logistics performance.
• Operating in a highly dynamic environment, collaborating with the most advanced OEMs and managing the most challenging JIS logistics delivery concepts.
• The mission will last 12 months and can be renewed for 12 additional months

Your profile and competencies to succeed

What you need to join us?

• Master degree
• Experience in Automotive environment welcome.
• High Skills in Excel and Heavy data base calculations, with macros and above avg. formulas
• Fluent in English
