A Day in the Life

You will join L'Oréal Luxe in Prague, reporting to the Brand Engagement Manager and partnering closely with brand, digital and retail teams as well as external agencies. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on internship where you shape storytelling and support campaign delivery.

  • Shape the Narrative: Develop compelling influencer briefs and play a pivotal role in crafting the story behind our iconic brands.
  • Drive Digital Excellence: Collaborate on innovative digital campaigns, overseeing projects from concept to execution, and bring your creative ideas to life.
  • Leverage Data for Success: Analyze campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and use data-driven strategies to enhance our competitive edge.
  • Elevate the Consumer Experience: Design captivating POS materials and merchandising strategies that drive sales and create memorable consumer interactions.
  • Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Partner with top-tier agencies in graphic design, PR, and advertising to bring our vision to fruition.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Current university student

Czech or Slovak speaker and fluent in English.

available for 25-32h a week

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude

Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
