The PositionWe are looking for a motivated and curious Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Coordinator who will support the execution of Roche Czech Republic's digital and multichannel marketing activities.

You will become part of our Digital Team, collaborating closely with cross-functional colleagues (Disease Area Teams, Marketing, Communication, and Infield teams) to help deliver impactful digital projects and campaigns that improve the experience of healthcare professionals and patients.

This internship or part-time position is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in digital marketing, communication, and healthcare innovation — someone who wants to gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and contribute to meaningful work.

Key Job Areas:Digital Campaign Support
  • Execution of email marketing activities (mass and 1:1 email campaigns).

  • Content management on website , daily work with Content Management System (CMS).

  • Management of social media publishing systems.

  • Other related activities such as support with content approval, campaign tracking and optimization.

  • Assist with the planning, setup and execution of digital and omnichannel campaigns (emails, websites, social media, HCP portals).

  • Help coordinate content creation, approval and publishing in collaboration with internal teams and local/global agencies.

  • Participate in A/B testing and optimization to improve customer engagement. Supporting Omnichannel & Innovation Partners in the preparation, setup, and monitoring of digital experiments, A/B tests, and MVP (Minimum Viable Products) projects.

  • Contribute to measurement and reporting of campaign performance using defined KPIs.

Digital Tools & Platforms
  • Help manage and update Roche CZ digital platforms (e.g. , , social media, HCP Portal).

  • Support content uploads, asset organization and digital database management.

  • Learn to work with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce and Marketing Cloud), analytics dashboards and CRM systems.

  • Assist in maintaining digital compliance, ensuring all online activities follow Roche standards and regulations.

  • Assist with the creation of training materials, 'how-to' guides, or manuals for users during the implementation of new digital systems and processes.

  • Pulling on-demand reports from analytical dashboards (e.g., 30/120 days).

Collaboration & Learning
  • Work closely with the Digital Enabling Team and cross-functional Disease Area Teams to bring campaigns and projects to life.

  • Communicate with external vendors, agencies and global colleagues on assigned projects.

  • Participate in digital upskilling sessions and workshops to build your capabilities.

  • Bring a fresh perspective, curiosity and creativity to the team — your ideas are welcome

Who You Are
  • You are a university student (preferably 3rd–5th year) or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, Media, or related field.

  • You are interested in digital marketing, data, innovation and healthcare.

  • You have basic knowledge of digital tools (social media, CMS, Google Analytics, CRM or email marketing tools).

  • You are comfortable working with data and learning new systems.

  • You are organized, proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of small projects.

  • You have good English language skills (written and spoken).

  • Previous internship or part-time experience in marketing or digital communication is a plus, but not required.

  • While the role offers flexible working hours and the possibility to combine the part-time job with studies, we expect a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. This time should be distributed over at least 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday), with daily working blocks of at least 4 hours scheduled within our core business hours (8:00–17:00).
