Who we need

GoodVision is looking for a professional Prague-based Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs, supporting the sales process by delivering product knowledge, solutions, and consultative guidance. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical/engineering background with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess technical readiness and align customer requirements with product capabilities.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for GoodVision's customers.
  • Lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs), including defining success metrics and acceptance criteria in collaboration with clients.
  • Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations to showcase the solution's value and functionality for both GoodVision's products - GoodVision Video Insight & GoodVision Live Traffic.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, develop new growth opportunities, and improve offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team by supporting with technical documentation, hosting webinars, and other marketing events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role in a SaaS environment.
  • Background in a technical field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Fluent in English
