Now we're expanding our marketing team and looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories and help us scale our content smarter, not harder.
What you'll do?This is a hands-on content strategy + creation role. You'll work closely with the Brand & Content Lead to shape and run our content engine across multiple channels. You'll plan, write, and produce content that supports brand growth, user education, and product adoption. You'll have the creative support of our Brand & Content team every step of the way, with external help when needed.
Your work will shape how people understand Invity, Bitcoin, and financial freedom.
Help build and evolve our global content strategy and channel priorities.
Plan and produce content across our blog, academy, website, mailing, and educational video scripts.
Own the monthly content calendar — research, ideation, prioritization, and coordination with our graphic designer, social media manager, and external resources as needed.
Write long-form educational content (blog articles, actionable guides, thought leadership).
Write video scripts for explainers, brand stories, and founder or product features.
Create educational resources like ebooks, frameworks, and downloadable guides.
Write and optimize CRM & lifecycle content (emails, onboarding flows, push notifications) for acquisition, activation, and retention.
Collaborate with the Product team on feature launches and educational storytelling.
Support paid and organic campaign content with our SoMe Manager and Acquisition Lead.
Repurpose content across channels — turn a blog into a carousel, a podcast, or a video script. You love finding ways to multiply reach without multiplying work.
Conduct interviews with leadership and experts and turn insights into sharp narratives.
Occasionally ghostwrite expert content to build authority for leadership.
Brief and collaborate with our graphic designer on visuals and formats.
Work with and manage freelancers or agencies when needed.
Support content localization for other EU markets using AI tools or agency support.
Use data and analytics to report on performance and improve results.
A/B test formats, messaging, and funnels to optimize content performance.
Explore and integrate AI into workflows to scale output — from custom GPTs to automated repurposing pipelines and new content formats.
Collaborate closely with the entire marketing team and channel owners to align messaging, share insights, and repurpose content effectively.

You believe content should educate, not just fill space.
3–6 years' experience in content marketing or editorial production.
Confidence writing long-form educational content and brand storytelling.
Experience building and managing content calendars.
Strong research and storytelling ability.
Experience collaborating across teams and managing end-to-end content production.
Comfortable using analytics tools and performance dashboards.
Familiar with SEO fundamentals and optimizing for readability.
Fluent in Czech and English — we produce content in both, and English is our office language.
