Company: Gen Boya (Turkey) Location: Czech Republic (Remote – Field Based) Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Only About Us Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries. We are now expanding our commercial presence in Central Europe and are looking for independent sales agents in the Czech Republic to grow our customer network. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a portfolio of clients (distributors, wholesalers, contractors, construction companies, industrial facilities). Promote our product portfolio (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine paints, decorative paints, floor coatings, wood coatings, etc.). Identify new B2B leads and introduce Gen Boya to the Czech market. Conduct customer visits, manage follow-ups, and build long-term relationships. Coordinate with our Export Department to prepare and submit quotations. Provide weekly reports (visits, offers, potential projects). What We Are Looking For Experience in coatings, construction materials, industrial chemicals, or technical B2B sales. Existing network in the Czech construction or coatings industry is a strong advantage. Self-motivated, independent, and goal-driven. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule. English or Czech language skills.
