Máte chuť:

  • komunikovat vizi a strategii banky

Budeme si rozumět, pokud:
  • máte min. 5 let praxe v oboru bankovnictví a 2 roky manažerské praxe 
  • se cítíte být silným leaderem, schopným výrazně ovlivnit a rozvíjet koučováním a mentoringem svůj manažerský tým 
  • máte výborné organizační schopnosti, znalost akvizičních, poradenských a prodejních technik, jste silný v komunikaci a vynikáte v prezentačních dovednostech  
  • jste zkušeným obchodníkem v oblasti finančních služeb orientovaným na dosahování výsledků 
  • jste fanda digitálních technologií a umíte jich aktivně využít při práci 
  • máte SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání 
  • se domluvíte anglicky  
  • jste aktivní řidič/ka (budete se pohybovat po svěřené oblasti)
