A Day in the Life

As a Retail Manager for L'Oréal Luxe Division within the Czech Republic, you will lead retail excellence by translating omni-channel merchandising strategies into compelling in-store experiences. You will develop high-performing Beauty Advisor teams and deliver engaging branded content that drives customer connection and sales. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development & Strategic Analysis: Drive retail sales growth by identifying opportunities, allocating sales targets, and optimizing in-store brand events.
  • Team Leadership & Operational Management: Recruit, develop, and retain talent, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of motivation and performance.
  • Brand Implementation & Performance Monitoring: Monitor retail performance, ensure visual merchandising standards, and provide actionable feedback to improve strategies.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as the voice of Omni B&M at the HUB level, ensuring alignment with key counterparts such as Trade Marketing, KAMs, and Omnichannel teams.

A dynamic and strategic leader who:

  • Excels in omnichannel merchandising strategy and retail operations management.
  • Has proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and people development.
  • Demonstrates strong business analysis, problem-solving, and KPI tracking skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and builds strong retailer relationships.
  • Is fluent in English and Czech or Slovak and has a passion for luxury retail.
