• řízení a koordinace týmu CNC operátorů 
• práce na strojích Trumpf a jiných CNC strojích
• plánování a optimalizace výrobních procesů na CNC strojích
• zajišťování dodržování výrobních plánů a termínů
• dohlížení na kvalitu výrobních procesů a výstupů
• zaškolování a rozvoj CNC operátorů
• řešení technických problémů a poruch CNC strojů
• imlementace zlepšovacích návrhů ve výrobním procesu
• spolupráce s dalšími odděleními (technologie, plánování výroby)
• sledování a vyhodnocování výkonnostních ukazatelů týmu

• zkušenost s vedením týmu
• technické vzdělání strojního zaměření nebo relevantní praxe s obsluhou a seřizováním CNC strojů
• znalost technické dokumentace
• znalost výrobních postupů a norem
• velmi dobré organizační a komunikační dovednosti
• znalost práce na počítači

• práci na 7,5 hodiny denně
• příspěvek 8% za práci v odpolední směně
• příspěvek 80Kč/hod za práci v noční směně
• 25 dnů dovolené a 4 sick days za rok
