Co vás čeká?

  • Podpora obchodního týmu v Praze i ve Švýcarsku – bez angličtiny se neobejdete.
  • Řešení různých obchodních a záručních případů (externích i interních).
  • Třídění a správa e-mailových požadavků.
  • Denní kontrola, zadávání a změny objednávek v systému SAP.
  • Komunikace s oddělením kvality, logistikou, zákazníky a obchodníky.
  • Řešení problémů při zadávání zakázek.

Co od vás očekáváme?

  • SŠ/VŠ vzdělání – ideálně ekonomického směru.
  • Znalost MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Schopnost komunikovat v češtině i angličtině.
  • Praxe s objednávkami, reklamacemi nebo podporou prodeje výhodou.
  • Znalost SAP nebo jiného ERP systému je plus.
  • Samostatnost, pečlivost a dobré komunikační schopnosti.
