Tasks

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will play a key role in supports clients by training them on the SMART database, assisting with project searches, and ensuring a positive user experience at Hubexo.

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Training, educating users how to work with the SMART database (online)
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and online meetings
  • Assisting customers in finding suitable projects within the system
  • Monitoring user activity – logins and usage of SMART
  • Cooperating with the sales team to ensure customer retention and renewal
  • Performing basic administrative tasks related to training and customer support
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to train and present in an online environment
  • Sales-oriented mindset – ability to identify opportunities for customer retention
  • Goal-oriented and independent
  • Experience with databases or CRM systems is an advantage
  • Native Czech or Slovak speaker + English (intermediate level)
  • Experience in customer support, sales, or call centre is an advantage, but not required
