Your Role

Are you a technically minded leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and staying close to customers? As our Service Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of our service operations.

What you will do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of service engineers.

  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily service activities.

  • Support customers and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Manage projects like installations, start-ups, and workshop setups.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, company, and legal standards.

  • Improve processes and drive team performance.

 

To succeed, you will need  

  • Secondary technical education with graduation (technical background is essential)

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (industrial production, maintenance, or repair)

  • Fluent Czech + at least intermediate English

  • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

  • Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented personality

  • Strong technical mindset, willingness to learn, and proactive approach
