The Opportunity

Our ad inventory is in high demand globally, and we're committed to delivering exceptional service. We're looking for an Ads Operations Specialist to join our AdOps team, where you'll help ensure our advertising campaigns run flawlessly. You'll work alongside experienced ad ops professionals who'll support your growth while you contribute to improving our ad formats, supporting clients, and working hands-on with ad servers and analytics tools daily. This is your chance to learn from experts while making a real impact on campaigns reaching millions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Set up and manage campaigns from start to finish, deploy advertising in our systems, and keep everything running smoothly (troubleshooting included)
  • Track performance and optimize results, monitor campaign metrics, create reports, and identify ways to make campaigns more effective using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Work directly with clients and internal teams, communicate about campaign deployment and optimization, support our sales team, and collaborate with product and development on new ad formats and A/B testing
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Solid experience managing and optimizing online campaigns end-to-end (deployment, targeting, testing, monitoring, evaluation)
  • Hands-on familiarity with ad servers, CMS platforms, and analytics tools
  • Understanding of HTML and how web pages work (coding awareness is a plus)
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a team-first mentality
  • Resilience under pressure, reliability, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
  • Professional English fluency (B2 or higher) for communicating with our global team and clients
WE WILL BE EXTRA HAPPY IF YOU HAVE
  • Experience with Revive or Google Ad Manager (GAM)
  • Knowledge of non-standard ad formats (audio, video)
  • Understanding of online advertising regulations, including GDPR
  • Experience with programmatic advertising (PMP/RTB)
