Budujeme platformu pro datově řízený B2B obchod a pomáháme firmám být ve správný čas na správném místě díky chytrému využití dat. Učíme naše zákazníky přemýšlet o obchodu jinak. Naše data mění náhodné oslovování v cílený, strategický růst a to díky naším aplikacím.

Co tě čeká

  • Pomoc obchodníkům s přípravou podkladů a nabídek pro klienty.
  • Vytváření uživatelských přístupů pro klienty.
  • Řešení technických problémů a nastavení v aplikacích.
  • Péče o spokojenost klienta přes chat, telefon a e-mail.
  • Podpora klienta v nastavování účtů a zodpovídání dotazů v této oblasti.
  • Spolupráce s našimi obchdodníky při onboardingu nových klientů.
  • Správa CRM (Pipedrive) – aktualizace, kontrola, hlídání kvality dat.

Jak si tě představujeme

  • Máš zkušenost s prací na podobné pozici - Sales Support, Customer Care, nebo Account Management.
  • Jsi zvyklý/á komunikovat s klienty a nevadí ti zvednout telefon. 
  • Nenecháš se rozhodit a zvládáš občasnou práci pod tlakem.
  • Jsi organizovaný/á, samostatný/á a proaktivní.
  • Zajímáš se o nové technologie.
  • Záleží ti na ostatních a rád/a pomáháš druhým.
  • Máš výbornou češtinu a domluvíš se i anglicky. S klienty ale budeš komunikovat česky.
