We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing SAP on Cloud team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving our SAP on Cloud service offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and maintain our competitive edge.

You will be responsible for:

• Define Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for our SAP on Cloud services, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
• Market & Customer Insight: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather voice-of-the-customer (VoC) feedback to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Service Design & Development: Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed service requirements and work closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure successful development and launch of new offerings.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing to define compelling value propositions, create collateral, and support sales efforts to drive adoption of our services.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of our services, analyze key metrics, and iterate on offerings based on data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, sales, customers, and senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Innovation Champion: Stay abreast of the latest SAP and cloud technologies, including AI integration, sustainability practices, and new service models, integrating them into our roadmap where beneficial.

WE expect you to have:

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar strategic role within the IT services or software industry.
• SAP Expertise: understanding of SAP landscapes, particularly in areas like SAP Basis, S/4HANA, and SAP's cloud strategy (e.g., RISE with SAP, SAP BTP).
• Cloud Fluency: knowledge of hyperscaler cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and their integration with SAP.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical, long-term solutions.
• Active English
