Ve Vilgain měníme budoucnost jídla. Rosteme rychle, a s tím se mění i naše zázemí. Potřebujeme člověka, který dokáže uřídit provoz tří kanceláří, vést tým a zároveň si vezme pod křídla stěhování pražské pobočky. Někdo, kdo zvládne změnu a ještě ji pomůže zrychlit.

Jak bude tvoje vypadat:

  • Řídíš provoz tří kanceláří (dvě pobočky v Brně a jedna v Praze) – zajišťuješ, aby všechno fungovalo bez záseků: občerstvení, kancelářské potřeby, úklid, opravy i dodavatelé.

  • Stojíš za kvalitou pracovního prostředí – hledáš cesty, jak ho zlepšovat a posouvat dál.

  • Zastřešuješ stěhování nebo rozšiřování kanceláře – plánuješ, koordinuješ a dohlížíš na hladký přesun lidí, techniky i vybavení.

  • Vedeš tým dvou office asistentek na částečný úvazek – nastavuješ priority, upravuješ procesy, odpovídáš za výsledek.

  • Spravuješ firemní vozový park – řešíš leasingy, pojištění, servis i provozní agendu.

  • Máš pod kontrolou BOZP a PO, eviduješ a udržuješ firemní majetek – od techniky po pracovní místa, připravuješ zázemí pro nové kolegy.

  • Vyjednáváš s partnery a dodavateli – nastavuješ spolupráce, hlídáš kvalitu i náklady.

  • Spolupracuješ napřímo s naším COO Davidem a CEO Michalem – jsi jejich pravá ruka v denním provozu.

Jak si tě představujeme:

  • Máš zkušenost s podobnou agendou v rostoucí firmě.

  • Umíš prioritizovat a nebojíš se rozhodnout.

  • Jsi samostatný/á, systematický/á a máš tah na výsledek.

  • Dokážeš jednat s lidmi na všech úrovních – od dodavatelů po vedení firmy.

  • Práce s tabulkami, interními systémy nebo firemní dokumentací ti nedělá problém.

  • Angličtinu máš alespoň na úrovni B2.
