Hledáme zkušeného provozního lídra, který dokáže propojit každodenní chod historických objektů s moderními provozními standardy. Člověka, který nastaví strukturu, pravidla a procesy, ale zároveň si umí vyhrnout rukávy, když je potřeba.

Vaším hlavním úkolem bude řídit a rozvíjet provoz Lobkowiczkého paláce (prioritní objekt) a koordinovat fungování dalších nemovitostí v rámci House of Lobkowicz — zámek Nelahozeves, zámek Roudnice a hrad Střekov.

Tato role kombinuje facility management, hospitality, bezpečnost, týmové vedení a provozní strategii.

Co budete dělat

Jako náš Head of Operations budete klíčovou osobou pro řízení, bezpečnost a dlouhodobou stabilitu provozu. Vaším úkolem bude:

Leadership & People Management

  • Vést tým s jasnou vizí a inspirativním přístupem.
  • Nastavit jednoznačná pravidla a podpořit strukturované, efektivní fungování.
  • Správně prioritizovat, rozhodovat a podporovat tým v každodenní operativě.

Strategie & Procesy

  • Řídit provozní strategii a aktivně ji rozvíjet.
  • Navrhovat, optimalizovat a implementovat procesy napříč firmou.
  • Sledovat výkonnost dodavatelů a pracovat s rozpočty.
  • Vyhodnocovat a zavádět nové technologie a postupy.

Bezpečnost & Risk Management

  • Využít své hluboké znalosti v oblasti fyzické bezpečnosti (EPS, EZS, CCTV…).
  • Podílet se na tvorbě interních bezpečnostních směrnic – fyzická, provozní i kybernetická bezpečnost.
  • Nastavovat plány kontinuity provozu při incidentech, výpadcích nebo haváriích.
  • Koordinovat jednání s externími bezpečnostními agenturami.
  • Konsolidovat a rozvíjet agendu BOZP a PO.

Propojování týmů

  • Zajišťovat efektivní komunikaci mezi IT, HR, provozem a vedením.
  • Přinášet strukturu, přehled a společný směr.

Koho hledáme

  • Máte minimálně 7 let zkušeností v seniorní provozní/facility/hospitality roli.
  • Umíte vést lidi, nastavovat procesy a řídit každodenní provoz.
  • Máte zkušenosti s technickým provozem budov a výhodou je i práce s památkovými či historickými objekty.
  • Dokážete strukturovat práci, plánovat a rozhodovat — krátkodobě i strategicky.
  • Rozumíte bezpečnostním systémům a základům risk managementu.
  • Máte silnou orientaci na zákazníka a detail.
  • Jste diplomatický, profesionální a umíte jednat s různými typy stakeholderů.
  • Mluvíte plynně česky i anglicky.
  • A hlavně: máte respekt a cit pro prostředí, kde se propojuje kulturní dědictví a každodenní provoz.
