Ve Vilgain právě teď hledáme technického lídra pro oblast výroby, který zvládne nejen technickou stránku údržby a rozvoje strojů, ale postupně také převezme vedení vznikajícího týmu a zodpovědnost za implementaci nových linek, automatizaci a robotizaci.

Co Vás u nás čeká?

  • Vedení týmu, který zajišťuje servis a údržbu strojního zařízení a výrobních linek.

  • Optimalizace a modernizace stávajících strojů a výrobních procesů.

  • Řízení a implementace nových linek, robotizace a automatizace.

  • Spolupráce na vývoji nových linek od technického návrhu až po uvedení do provozu.

  • Návrh a konstrukce potravinářských strojů a výrobních zařízení – od 3D modelu až po finální dokumentaci.

  • Spolupráce s výrobou, technology a údržbou – cílem maximální efektivita, minimální prostoje, vysoká kvalita.

  • Technická komunikace s dodavateli komponent a kontraktními výrobci.

Co od Vás očekáváme?

  • Zkušenosti s vedením technického týmu.

  • Znalost mechanických i elektrických systémů výrobních linek, zkušenost s automatizací či robotizací výhodou.

  • Praktická zkušenost s údržbou strojních zařízení a servisními zásahy.

  • Přemýšlíš technicky, ale i kreativně – hledáš chytrá řešení, ne jen kopíruješ stará.

  • Schopnost převzít odpovědnost za technickou část výroby – servis, implementace, optimalizace.

  • Komunikační dovednosti, orientace na výsledek.
