Our servicesConsultancy We provide basic evaluation, task and project objective definition, optimization studies, variant investigations, feasibility studies, and investment cost estimates.
Civil Engineering We design facilities to meet the future business and operational needs of our clients within all disciplines in house.Process Integration We integrate your process systems from raw materials to factory.ISBL Projects O&G, Refining, Hydrogen and CO2 capture core process knowhow. Close cooperation with licensors.PMC Project management, construction management - we steer the whole project from start to finish. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead high-value Engineering and EPCm projects and drive innovation, quality, and performance.
What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate international multidisciplinary teams on large-scale and technically complex projectsWith the support of a strong team, take full accountability for project delivery — from planning to executionRepresent Bilfinger in front of clients and partnersDevelop and implement strategies that ensure success in safety, quality, timeliness and financial performanceInspire your team and foster a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvementWhat You Bring / Your profile:
- 10+ years of industry experience (minimum 5+ as a Project Manager or Project Engineering Manager)
- University Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
- Fluent in spoken and written English
