  • Full responsibility for the business in the Czech Republic
  • Proactive leadership and development of the local sales team
  • Identification of market potential
  • Development and implementation of local strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and turnover
  • Further expansion of networks with architects, planners, and construction companies
  • Establishment of new product lines on the local market
  • Close cooperation with and direct reporting line to the HQ in Germany
Ihr Profil
  • Technical Degree or degree in business administration with technical experience
  • Profound sales management experience in the construction supply industry with documented success
  • Well-established network with CZ architects, planners, and construction companies
  • Good know-how in Building Information Modelling and CAM affinity
  • Entrepreneurial and sales-oriented personality with enthusiasm for innovation and hands-on-mentality
  • Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Prague
