SAP Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP projects end-to-end. You will be part of our project team, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of SAP solutions that bring real value to the business.

Your future role

• Lead SAP projects from initiation to closure (planning, execution, monitoring, delivery).
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, SAP consultants, developers, external vendors).
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business requirements and company strategy.
• Report progress and financials to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and SAP delivery.

Your experience and skills

• Proven experience in managing SAP projects or large-scale ERP implementations.
• Understanding of SAP modules and integration points (ideally ECC or S/4HANA).
• Project management skills (scope, budget, timeline, stakeholder management).
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working in matrix organizations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• SAP Activate methodology experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and Czech/Slovak
