Rohlik is fundamentally data-driven. We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to act as a strategic partner for our core functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) and local management. This role moves beyond traditional reporting; you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights, proactively identifying opportunities to automate data pipelines and analytical workflows, and exploring and leveraging emerging technologies like AI and LLMs to enhance decision-making and drive efficiency. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, ETL/Data Engineering teams, and potentially Data Scientists to unlock new value from our data and shape the future of analytics at Rohlik.

Your Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: Act as a strategic analytics contact for business departments and local markets, identifying data-driven solutions and improvements.

  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain insightful BI reports and dashboards (Tableau, Metabase, etc.) focused on actionable recommendations.

  • Automation & Optimization:

    • Analyze data workflows and processes to identify automation opportunities.

    • Collaborate with data teams to propose enhancements for data pipelines and models.

  • AI/LLM Application:

    • Evaluate and apply AI/LLM advancements relevant to Rohlik.

    • Explore, prototype, and implement AI/LLM solutions for analytics augmentation, insight automation, or decision support.

  • Advanced Analytics: Support Marketing/CRM with campaign analysis, segmentation, and web analytics to optimize performance.

  • Project Collaboration: Contribute analytical and automation expertise to cross-functional project teams.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices in analytics, automation, and new technologies across teams.

Your Experience

  • BI/Data Analysis Experience: Several years of proven experience translating business needs into practical, data-driven solutions.

  • SQL: Proficient in writing complex SELECT queries for data extraction/manipulation 

  • BI Tools: Strong experience with Tableau preferred; familiarity with Power BI, Metabase, etc., is valuable.

  • Python: Experience using Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy) or automation scripting is a key advantage.

  • Automation Mindset: Interest or experience in identifying and implementing data workflow automation; familiarity with relevant concepts/tools is a plus.

  • AI/ML Aptitude: Familiarity with ML concepts and/or demonstrable interest in applying AI/LLMs to business problems; hands-on experience is a distinct advantage.

  • Business Acumen: Good understanding of relevant business domains (e-commerce, retail, etc.) and improving processes via data/tech.

  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

  • Problem-Solving: Creative, pragmatic, and adaptable; able to assess data suitability and leverage current/emerging tech for solutions.

  • Languages: English B2 level or higher.
